Howard Martin is the Executive, Vice President of Strategic Development at HeartMath. An author, speaker, trainer and musician, he is one of the original leaders who helped found HeartMath. In 1999 he co-authored The HeartMath Solution and he has been with HeartMath’s world-wide training and consulting team since its inception in 1991. If possible, we ask that you take at least 5 minutes to tone at 12 noon (Local Time), and we encourage the sounding of the “Ah” by yourself or with a group at any time during the course of the day.

On World Sound Healing Day, bring peace and healing to Mother Earth through our internationalized loving sounds. Sound healers, meditators, peace activists and lovers of all humanity and sentient consciousness send a Sonic Valentine to the Earth with the heart sound “AH” filled with the intention of Peace and Love!
